Chem Draw Prime 15.1をWindows 64bitで使用しています。
昨日までは不具合なく使用できていたのですが、
本日からソフトウェアを起動しても、New Documentが開かれないため、構造式の記入等ができず、画面は背景のグレーのままです。
Main Tool Barなどは表示/非表示できます。
パソコンの再起動、ソフトウェアの再インストールを行いましたが、変化ありませんでした。
対処法がありましたら、教えていただけますでしょうか。

ChemDraw 16 not launching on Mac OS X Yosemite
I've been using ChemDraw occasionally for the past few months & today the app refuses to launch. It prompts for the registration info (serial, etc), then once I accept the folders suggested for templates etc. in the next window the app fails to launch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled & still have the same problem. I haven't updated my OS, installed any software, etc since the app was last working. Does anyone know a fix for this?

ChemDraw 16 Unable to Paste into Word 2016 on Windows
I have been having many problems recently trying to edit and paste ChemDraw schemes in Word 2016 on Windows.
With ChemDraw 15.1 I was unable to edit any ChemDraw files embedded into Word by double clicking on them, I had to copy the ChemDraw from Word, paste it into a new ChemDraw doucment, then double clicking on the original scheme would allow me to edit it.
In order to try and fix this, I downloaded ChemDraw 16 and the problem is now significantly worse. The workaround mentioned above no longer works and now if I paste a stucture from ChemDraw into Word it appears misaligned (you see 1/4 of the scheme, usually zoomed in to one corner).
I am now completely unable to use ChemDraw as through your site it is impossible to download older versions and I am reluctant to do a system restore for such a minor issue.
I would be grateful for any advice on potentially fixing the problem, even complicated work-arounds.

ChemDraw 16 installation problem Win10
During installation Wizard appears and than nothing happent. Cancel does not work ether. The only way to stop procees is to shut it down from Task Manager. Try to install 3 times, same problem

Chemoffice 16 custom python?
Can I use my newest custom python 3.6(or even 2.7?)(ex. official python or anaconda) installed my myself to use and operate chemoffice programs and not install the old python 3.2 in the installer? Thank you.

Chemdraw 16 slow on MacBook Pro 15" Late 2016
Hello guys,
I'm running Chemdraw 16 on my MB Pro 15" Late 2016 and I noticed several performance issues. For example the drawing of molecules is very slow and laggy. In addition to that, CD crashes sometimes. I think the problem occurs, when I change the page setup to a bigger format, for instance from A4 to A3. Other bigger formats than A4 are also affected by this issues.
Has anyone any idea, how I can solve this issue?
I tried several things, which did not solve this issues:
-reinstall CD
-restart the Mac
-disable the switch between integrated and dedicated graphics in the system settings.
-disable antialianising
Are there other things I can try?

ChemDraw 16 shortcuts (MacOS Sierra)
Duplicating objects by dragging with the OPTION key pressed is very common and the same goes for moving objects straight (vertically or horizontally) with the SHIFT key pressed.
I used to combine this two shortcuts to duplicate objects while keeping the new copy aligned to the previous one (by pressing OPTION + SHIFT while dragging).
For some reason, this feature stopped working when I upgraded to ChemDraw 16. Could you help to fix this bug?

Problem with exporting as eps file

I've got a problem with my new chemdraw version (16.0). At first it does not offer me the "save as" option for any file at all, I can only access it via Help and search for the term. Once I try to export the file as an eps, I'm not able to manipulate it (e.g. with LaTeX) afterwards. When I export the same file with my old Macbook (Chemdraw 15) the manipulation works just fine. Also the shortcut (cmd+shift+s) does not open the save as dialog, but opens a dublicated version.
Is this an internal bug or do I need to change some settings?
I'm running MacOS Sierra on a Macbook Pro (2016)

App unavailable in US Store?
Trying to use this kludge to teach a class, and, of course, it is now unavailable in the US App store. Coupled with the fact that Flick to Share also appears not to be working, what did I just waste $10 on?
At least my students can't waste their money now that it seems to have disappeared from the app store.

Chemdraw 16 - default page size
Is there anything I can do to set the default page size to US letter? Not sure why it's always A3 when I open a file.
